1. Our Freshness Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee that all our fruits and vegetables will arrive fresh and in good condition.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any item upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will need to be informed within a few hours of delivery (e.g., within 4-6 hours) or by the end of the same day, as quality issues can develop quickly with perishables.

2. What is Covered (Eligible for Return/Refund)

We will gladly issue a refund or credit for products that are:

  • Spoiled upon arrival (e.g., moldy, rotten, or significantly wilted).

  • Damaged during delivery (e.g., crushed, bruised, or split).

  • Incorrect item delivered compared to your order.

  • Not meeting the quality standards we promise (e.g., extremely unripe, overripe, or with significant internal defects not visible from the outside).

3. What is Not Covered (Non-Eligible)

Due to their natural characteristics, the following are generally not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Changes in taste or personal preference.

  • Natural variations in appearance, size, shape, or color.

  • Minor blemishes or slight bruising that do not significantly affect the edibility of the item.

  • Products that spoil after 24 hours of delivery due to improper storage by the customer.

  • The natural ripening process after delivery (e.g., bananas ripening, avocados becoming soft).

4. The Simple Process for a Return & Refund

To resolve any issue, please follow these steps:

  4. Resolution: Once the issue is verified, we will not ask you to ship the perishable item back. Instead, we will promptly issue a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit for your next purchase, whichever you prefer.

5. Policy for Subscription Boxes

For our subscription customers, the same freshness guarantee applies. Please report any issues with your weekly box on the day of delivery, and we will credit your account accordingly.
