  3. Refrigerated Vehicles (where applicable): For longer routes or in hot climates, we use refrigerated vans to ensure an unbroken cold chain.

  4. Efficient Routing: Our logistics system is optimized for the shortest possible transit time from our hub to your home.

6. What to Do If You're Not Home ?

Since we are delivering fresh, perishable goods, we recommend the following to ensure your order is received safely:

  • Provide Safe Instructions: During checkout, you can leave special delivery instructions (e.g., "leave with security," "leave in shaded porch," or "call upon arrival").

  • Authorize Leave-at-Door: You can pre-authorize us to leave your order in a safe, shaded spot at your own risk.

  • We Do Not Typically Re-attempt: Due to the perishable nature of the products, we generally do not make a second delivery attempt. If no one is available and no safe instructions are provided, the order may be returned to our hub, and a restocking fee may apply or the order may be forfeited.

Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking link and the driver's contact information, allowing you to see the real-time status of your delivery.

8. Issues with Your Delivery
